Staff was really friendly and gave us a warm welcome. The hotel is a little bit old, but for the price they ask its totally fine. Everything was very clean, good water pressure! Would come back!

It's a great location in Union Square, just a few blocks from Chinatown, Nob Hill, and more. The staff is professional and pleasant, the room was clean and nice. All in all, a great experience at a great price.

Nice, clean, neat and tidy room, friendly staff, good internet, nice TV (though I didn't use it), minifridge included. Bathroom had lots of towels and amenities. facility staff came often to tidy the room.
